How to Make Banana Tea
Making banana tea is easy and requires just a few steps. Here’s what you need to do:

Take two or three bananas and cut off the ends, but keep the peel on.
Slice the bananas and add them to a pot along with a pinch of cinnamon.
Fill the pot with water and bring it to a boil.
Once it reaches boiling point, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about ten minutes.
After simmering, remove the pot from the heat and strain the solution. Your banana tea is ready to be enjoyed! Drink it about 20 minutes before bedtime for optimal results.
